When and if possible, delivery your counterattacks simultaneous to your defense.

This is a key principle.

Our attacks must be delivered as early as possible with our defenses. And they need to be aggressive and fierce as well.

We know that nobody has ever won a fight by just defending. The attacker is not going to get frustrated and walk away. So, my defenses have to come with aggressive, fierce counterattacks.
