On Valentine’s Day our Level 3 class trained clinch work. In this video we’re doing a pummeling flow drill working for underhooks and neck tie-ups.

Me being the smart-ass I am, I changed the music from a hard rock playlist to a slow, romantic song. Half the students figured out what I was doing fairly quickly.

The other half caught on after hearing the other students giggling.
