This past week I taught our Women’s Self-Defense Course to Annie and Angelica. They are on vacation in Fort Lauderdale from Quebec. Annie decided it would be good for her daughter Angelica to learn some basic self-defense skills while down here.

One of the best compliments I can give a student is that it doesn’t feel like work when I train them. These two are sweet and nice people who were fun to teach!
