Our Krav Maga Worldwide Fitness Program offers specialized and unique fitness classes. Whether you are interested in fitness classes only, or you wish to enhance your self defense and fighting training, this program brings a fresh experience to the total body workout.

Starting April 24, we are expanding our Krav Maga Fitness classes to six days a week:

– Sundays from 8:00-9:00 AM
– Mondays from 7:00-8:00 PM
– Tuesdays from 6:00-7:00 PM
– Wednesdays from 7:00-8:00 PM
– Thursdays from 6:00-7:00 PM
– Saturdays from 8:00-9:00 AM
