, our Krav Mascot watched my whole entire level 1 class today! She observed all the punches, elbows, hammers, kicks and drills! She agreed with me : “Everyone did an awesome job!!”

At the end of class she made up her own drill …, jumping on the top of the heavy bags from one side of the room to the other!
