This morning Grace and I were invited to the CBS Miami studio for an on air live interview and demonstration about Krav Maga and self-defense in response to a recent kidnapping attempt in Fort Lauderdale.

After we arrived they decided to have us record our interview and demonstration after the morning show because they didn’t think that would have enough room for the demonstration on the set they use for their live show.

I was definitely anxious with the thought of having to be on live TV. Grace was feeling it too. But everyone at the studio was super nice and friendly and helped put us at ease!

Grace did a great job demonstrating the Defenses against Bearhug from the Front – Arms Caught with No Space and Arm Pulls!

Hopefully, tomorrow morning they will broadcast our interview and demonstration.
