Today I was the guest speaker for this month’s luncheon for .
They do monthly luncheons that each have a different theme and a guest speaker. The proceeds go towards the charity “Kids In Distress”.

After lunch and the raffle prize giveaways, I did a brief lecture about Krav Maga and a simple self-defense demonstration with four volunteers from the crowd.

The best compliment I received after the lecture was from one of ladies at the table I had lunch at. She said everyone liked it because normally half the ladies just keep talking and don’t pay attention to the speakers. “With you ever single lady in the room actually shut up and was watching!”
