Train from a Position of Disadvantage.
.
We know that violent confrontations don’t happen immediately after you’ve warmed up and you’re ready and prepared. They happen when you’re not expecting it.
.
So, all of our movements, all of our defenses, come from a position of disadvantage. We know that if we can defend from the worst case scenario, from the position of disadvantage, we can also defend when we’re more comfortable. When we’re more ready.
.
Train from a position of disadvantage and then go to the advantage position with an aggressive defense and counterattack.
