Jim is currently 4-1 in Bare Knuckle Fighting Championships (BKFC) with his only loss to the current champion in his weight class. He’s also a UFC veteran and BJJ black belt.

I specifically asked Jim to teach the things he’s learned from his experience in BKFC because if any of us have to defend ourselves in a real-life violent confrontation, we will not be wearing gloves or handwraps and there’s a good chance we’ll have to defend against bare knuckle punches because this is the most common form of assault against both men and women.

This workshop will be appropriate for students of all levels.

I taught a Krav Maga gun and stick defense workshop last year at Jim’s MMA gym in Pembroke Pines. Jim was one of the participants in the workshop. He’s a super nice guy and everyone should have a great experience with him!
