No martial arts experience is required, and you do not need to get in shape before you start. Many of our students begin as complete beginners, so our instructors teach the fundamentals step by step in a friendly and supportive environment.
You can work at an appropriate pace while learning practical self-defense skills and improving your fitness over time. Most importantly, you are not expected to know how to fight before your first class.
What to Expect at Your First Class
Your first class is beginner friendly. You will warm up, learn basic self-defense techniques, and practice simple partner drills with guidance from an instructor. We will help you get comfortable with the training and work at an appropriate intensity.

Group Classes, Private Lessons, and Flexible Training
Our certified location offers group classes, semi-private lessons, private lessons, and open gym times for children and adults. In addition, we offer in-house personal training at your location and seminars or workshops for organizations.
Group classes are available 7 days a week. Therefore, students have several ways to fit training into a busy schedule.

Experienced Krav Maga Instruction
Randall Koch is the owner and lead instructor of our training center. He has trained in Krav Maga since 1999 and taught Krav Maga since 2001. In addition, he is a Certified Instructor and Black Belt under Krav Maga Worldwide™.
Since 1982, Randall has trained in several martial arts systems. He has five belt rankings, including three Black Belts. Moreover, he has taught martial arts full-time since 1994 and has more than 20,000 hours of teaching experience.
Randall also shares instruction through his YouTube channel. More than 20,000 Krav Maga practitioners throughout the world subscribe to the channel and can study hundreds of instructional videos.
As a result, students can learn techniques correctly and pressure-test them in a realistic, safe, and friendly training environment.

Kids Krav Maga Self-Defense and Bully-Proof Training
Our certified Krav Maga Worldwide™ training center offers a Kid’s Bully-Proof Self-Defense Program. The program teaches practical skills children can use to protect themselves from bullying and other dangers.
Furthermore, students learn effective physical self-defense techniques while building confidence and awareness. In addition, we teach children how to stand up for themselves verbally.
Of course, violence is never the first choice. However, children should know how to take action and protect themselves when threatened. Therefore, our curriculum combines practical self-defense with character development.
